Administrative Assistant position reports to Office Manager. Responsible for general administrative and clerical functions to main office and construction to ensure effective and efficient operation. Responsibilities include but are not limited management, digital and physical file organization, communication, reporting and document transcription. Will also assist Construction Manager through various duties designate by Office Manager.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Administrative support to the main office and construction department as required or as requested including word processing, transcription, information research and filing.
· Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate department/person or take messages.
· Schedules and performs word processing and spreadsheet activities, and printout copies of plans for construction department.
· Maintains and manages construction files and ensures appropriate back-up and storage of computer files.
· Responsible for the reception area of the office.
· Responsible for calling customers for work orders and installation schedules.
· Responsible for assisting customers with their concerns and directing their concerns to the appropriate department or to Sunnova.
· Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records for construction department.
· Performs other administrative or office duties or projects as required or as assigned.
